About This Role
We are looking for an Executive Business Partner who is trustworthy, detail-oriented, reliable, and can own a variety of tasks that range from being defined to open-ended. This position requires the ability to change focus quickly and stay-up-to-date with multiple priorities and demands, so the ideal candidate will seamlessly toggle between an array of different tasks and systems while consistently staying focused on prioritization. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to key business operations and support the Wilbur Labs co-founders.

This is a full-time role, working majority of the time from our San Francisco office.

Role & Responsibilities

    • Support the two co-founders, in a professional and consistent manner with the highest levels of integrity
    • Manage complex calendars and schedules efficiently, while anticipating and resolving schedule conflicts in a timely manner
    • Fully own open-ended projects without significant guidance or oversight 
    • Operate as an owner by proactively improving processes and procedures
    • Create checklists for day-to-day administrative processes
    • Interface with clients and partners, routing questions to appropriate team members
    • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and accommodation
    • Assist with ad-hoc special projects to help the overall business needs


    • Prior role as an Executive Assistant or similar role with stellar references
    • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism is imperative, dealing with confidential and sensitive issues as they arise
    • High level of attention to detail and organization; able to prioritize daily tasks and manage multiple projects
    • Prior experience successfully scheduling multiple calendars with frequently changing priorities  
    • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to clearly and quickly convey complex information
    • Extensive technical experience and skills with Excel, Google Workspace, and Slack among other tools
    • Self-starter who can operate independently and efficiently move quickly from one task to another
