About This Role 
We are looking for a strategic and analytical growth marketer to join our team as Senior Organic Growth Manager. In this role, you will help define and execute SEO and PR strategies across our business to drive new organic user acquisition and build site authority. You will do this by developing a deep understanding of our audience, identifying new opportunities for traffic growth, overseeing content strategy and development, writing technical specs, and working across our team to launch new content initiatives.

The Senior Organic Growth Manager is a cross-functional and highly visible role that will have you partnering closely with product, engineering, content, social, PR, and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will not only be experienced in SEO, but also a savvy content marketer with a track record of driving revenue growth and impact. This is a full-time, remote position (with a preference for Pacific or Mountain time zone). Role & Responsibilities

    • Identify and prioritize top traffic opportunities that align with our product roadmap
    • Develop and implement cost-effective content strategies to generate organic traffic and revenue
    • Analyze and improve website content and architecture 
    • Optimize internal linking strategies 
    • Work closely with PR and content teams to build authority through link building
    • Report regularly on organic search performance
    • Monitor and analyze competitors to understand the strengths and gaps of our strategies
    • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and changes

Minimum Qualifications

    • 4+ years experience in content marketing, growth, and SEO
    • Excellent knowledge of SEO best practices
    • Outstanding ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively
    • Proven ability to convert organic traffic into on-site conversions and revenue
    • Expert with Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming FrogProficient in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
    • Experience with developing content strategies and hiring/managing writers
    • Comfortable writing development and design specifications
    • Ability to size and prioritize work based on business impact
    • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
    • Self-starter who will thrive in an ambiguous startup environment

Preferred Qualifications & Prior Experience

    • Previously worked at a startup or high-growth company
    • Background in the employment industry

    • Experience with managing PR and content agency work
