Energetic, responsible, and ready to lead
Excited to be outdoors and connect with youth
Open to growth and mentorship
Comfortable with a flexible, part-time schedule (mainly Fridays)

Why Join Williamsburg Learning:
We’re not a traditional school. Our mission is to develop principled leaders through personalized learning, classical education, and human connection. As an Adventures Guide, you’ll be part of a vibrant, mission-driven team focused on impact, not just instruction.
