Willow is currently looking for an Deployment and Activations Coordinator to join the team responsible for onboarding new customers, building and deploying a digital twin model, ensuring the data quality, and coordinating with the client.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a demonstrated record of successfully coordinating complex, cross-functional projects to achieve desired outcomes. Previous experience in working across subject matter areas where you may/may not be an expert will also be key to success.
Standout candidates will have a proven ability to understand and explain complex technical content to enable internal and external teams to arrive at appropriate decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer data sets into accurate and scalable virtual models. Actioning the customer’s business goals into detailed, precise digital representations that reflect the intended structure or system. The role ensures that the models can support simulations, visualizations, and analyses for various applications, such as Digital Twin systems or project planning.
- Build strong relationships with customers to continuously showcase Willow features & ensure the customer’s realization of value of our features.
- Update and maintain the digital twin to reflect real-time changes in physical assets. Involves ensuring that a digital model accurately mirrors its physical counterpart by incorporating ongoing modifications or updates.
- Deploy connectors which enrich the Willow Application applying additional context to the customer’s data.
- Enable new features as our product continuously evolves, ensuring our customers can realize value in new ways.
- Deploy connectors to the Building Management System to collect, normalize & translate the customers data into actionable Insights within the WillowApp.
- Work closely with customer teams, engineering, and data specialists to ensure compatibility of data models with IoT systems and real-world data. Willow creates compatible, functional data that can interact with sensors and data streams for seamless monitoring, analysis, and updates in our Willow App.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between customer data and physical assets leveraging data sets like As-Built Drawings, Testing & Balance Reports, Sequence of Operations documents, Design Schedules, and others.
- Support the integration of Building Information Modelling (BIM) data into Digital Twin systems.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of related experience in project/program coordination, ideally in a SaaS or technology-enabled services business.
- Experience in IT/OT/IoT, as well as understanding around API integrations.
- Experience in Customer Management
- Experience in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering Consulting, Building Automation Systems, Building Information Management, or Enterprise Asset Management systems are a plus.
- The combination of a strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for life-long learning to effectively drive clarity from ambiguity.
- This is a fully remote position, but candidates will ideally be located in the Northeast part of the US.
$90,000 - $120,000 a year
