Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Create, organise, and manage his/her own tasks successfully.
    • Supported by the Regional Director of Delivery and Regional DE Leads, actively seek feedback from Clients and Project teams internal and external for project delivery versus agreed scope and service expectation.
    • Manage, define, and review the DE Documentation standards and procedures.
    • Accountable for project deliverables and project success and will be required to actively lead and review project-related delivery and commercial responsibilities.
    • Provide strategic input to DE Leads Global ensuring that all projects are using the best technology and workflows between offices to increase quality, efficiency, and productivity.
    • If required, lead and oversee project Digital Engineering setup (BIM review methodologies, clash detection rules, model share methods, and procedure).
    • Understand business requirements in Business Intelligence (BI) context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights;
    • Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using various BI dashboard solutions.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those.
    • Mentored and provide guidance to the Manila DE Team in understanding and implementing the company’s standards and best practices.
    • Become the representative and point of contact for the Data Engineering team within Delivery.
    • Occasional international travel may be required.

Essential Skills & Software requirements:

    • An understanding of mathematical and statistical skills to help collect, measure, organise, and analyze data.
    • Proven experience with dashboard solutions.
    • Deep knowledge of BIM/CAD Software (Revit, AutoCAD (Civil 3D), Navisworks as a minimum).
    • Intermediate to advance knowledge in PowerBi (Desktop and Service).

Additional Valuable Skills:

    • Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, SQL to be used for data analysis.
    • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
    • PowerShell Task Automation.
    • MS Flow / Power Automate.
    • MS Project, MS Teams, SharePoint.
    • Dynamo, Grasshopper.
    • Experience in the Asset Management field.
    • Basic knowledge in Python and Sigma will be considered.

Non Technical Skills Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Built Environment, or Architecture.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in the engineering consulting or construction industry.
    • Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to interact with business as well as technical teams.
    • Ability to learn and respond quickly to the fast-changing business environment.
    • Assist in documenting processes, models, designs, and solutions and able to explain, represent, and discuss with the team.
    • Ability to work in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Experience working remotely with overseas teams.
    • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
    • A team player and able to lead and initiate.
    • The ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to analyse existing tools and databases in collaboration with the software team.
    • •High-level written and verbal communication skills.
