As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will report directly to Windfall’s VP of Business Operations and work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development, and Finance teams. Your primary function will be to help maintain and improve the data and workflows in our Salesforce CRM and Hubspot MAP, perform business process analyses, and support cross-functional initiatives to help Windfall achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of helping go-to-market teams make informed business decisions, developing system solutions, user acceptance testing, adoption, and post-implementation support.

    • Serve as an assistant system administrator for Hubspot and Salesforce and integrated tools, as assigned
    • Oversee lead routing and other key operational processes including, but not limited to, account assignment and rules of engagement, lead and contact management, opportunity pipeline management, and campaign management.
    • Build, evaluate, and monitor automated workflows for the revenue organization
    • Facilitate requests for new functionality and KPI reporting
    • Gather valuable insights from lead and pipeline management reporting
    • Develop comprehensive documentation to support best practices and adoption compliance
    • Ensure data cleanliness through routine auditing of data and process compliance
    • Collaborate with go-to-market teams on best practices for tech stack usage and ensure compliance


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated success
    • 2+ years of experience working in revenue and sales operations
    • Highly proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Google Suite
    • Excellent report development and data analysis tool skills
    • Ability to be effective in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches and with multiple competing deadlines. Able to adapt quickly to changes 
    • Outstanding social and communication skills in a professional environment
    • Strong listening skills with the willingness to ask questions and suggest new ideas
    • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills
    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment that requires teamwork, trust, and the willingness to jump into new projects to help the team
    • Curiosity to learn new things, especially around systems, processes, and tools

Preferred Requirements:

    • Salesforce Administrator Certification
    • Experience with Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CauseIQ
