We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our partner and channel relationships, supporting new business partner engagements, managing and executing partner operations, and driving partner marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong analytical background, and a passion for fostering strategic partnerships.

Partner Success Responsibilities (50%):

    • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with our diverse portfolio of existing partners, with an emphasis on financial services and nonprofit sectors
    • Drive growth for partners by engaging directly with end customers and implementing growth strategies for partner sales and customer success teams
    • Provide Windfall product enablement & documentation to partner sales and customer success teams
    • Engage directly with partner executive teams to understand needs and growth opportunities
    • Implement data-driven approaches to measure and optimize partner performance
    • Own partner renewals
    • Provide support to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary resources.

New Business Support (25%):

    • Play a key role in supporting Director and VP in pursuing new partner business opportunities
    • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts with the company's growth objectives

Partner Operations Responsibilities (15%):

    • Manage efficient partner onboarding processes and ensure partners have access to essential resources and support
    • Oversee partner agreements, contracts, and documentation to ensure compliance and smooth operations
    • Process key data flows and provide QA for existing partner base; respond to all partner inquiries in a timely manner
    • Streamline operational processes related to partner interactions to enhance overall efficiency
    • Address and resolve partner-related operational challenges proactively

Partner Marketing Responsibilities (10%):

    • Collaborate with the marketing team and partner marketing teams to develop and execute partner-specific marketing campaigns and materials
    • Promote partner products or services through various marketing channels to maximize visibility and impact
    • Track and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives
    • Coordinate joint marketing activities and events with partners

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree - Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred
    • 2-5 years of experience in partner success management, business development, or a related role within a SaaS or Fintech company
    • Customer / Partner facing; Strong interpersonal and written / verbal communication skills
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, cleanse, analyze, and interpret data
    • Familiarity with partner relationship management tools and software
    • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving business growth
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Creative problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of the industry and market trends

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working in the Fintech industry
    • Previous experience working for a high growth startup 
    • Additional technical skills (e.g., solutions engineering)
Additional Information:
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across California and Colorado. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. California: Salary range is $100k - $160k
