We’re seeking a thoughtful, audience-obsessed Creative Strategy Manager to join our growing creative team. This role blends strategic insight with hands-on leadership—connecting business goals, marketing data, and consumer behavior to drive creative that performs.

As Creative Strategy Manager, you’ll partner closely with copywriters, designers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to build clear, compelling campaign direction across all channels. You’ll help lead the charge on smarter testing, sharper messaging, and more resonant creative work.

Core Role Responsibilities

    • Translate business objectives and audience insights into actionable creative strategies
    • Lead the development of creative briefs and messaging frameworks for seasonal and evergreen campaigns
    • Identify new opportunities for audience targeting, segmentation, and creative positioning
    • Collaborate with analytics to review performance, identify learnings, and iterate creative
    • Build test-and-learn plans for campaign concepts, messaging, and visual approaches
    • Develop audience personas and customer journeys to guide creative thinking
    • Work hand-in-hand with copywriters and designers to guide concept development and ensure ideas align with strategy
    • Collaborate with paid media, digital, traditional, and analytics teams to ensure strategic consistency across platforms
    • Present strategy and campaign rationale to leadership and stakeholders with clarity and confidence

Basic Qualifications

    • 5–7+ years in creative strategy, brand strategy, or integrated marketing—preferably in-house or agency
    • Proven track record of building insight-driven creative that drives business results
    • Strong understanding of customer journey, segmentation, and full-funnel marketing
    • Excellent writing and presentation skills—you can simplify the complex and sell through a big idea
    • Experience partnering with analytics and performance marketing teams to turn data into action
    • Must attach portfolio to application

Preferred Qualifications

    • Familiarity with creative ops tools like Wrike, or marketing dashboards
    • Knowledge of testing platforms or brand tracking methodologies
$105,000 - $115,000 a year
