Reporting to the Regional Director, Installation Services, our Branch Manager, Installation Services oversees the entirety of their branch’s installation program. The Branch Manager is responsible for pipeline management, inventory efficiency, expense control, staff development, best practices and SOP implementation and execution, change management and customer experience. 

Core Role Responsibilities

    • Lead, develop and manage direct reports; create a culture routed in impeccable customer support and a drive for results
    • Inspire excellence; embody our Core Values
    • Recruit, onboard, and manage high performance technicians and installers/installer crews; maintain appropriate staff levels based on pipeline indicators
    • Deliver on branch margin and profitability targets; recommend, implement, and monitor actions to increase revenue generation and profitability
    • Manage branch expenditures within budget guidelines
    • Analytically review branch data and information; provide and execute on solutions when needed 
    • Maintain positive customer relationships; identify, monitor, and manage customer service standards
    • Collaborate with the regional team to identify, develop, and implement best practices and SOPs
    • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

    • 7+ years of service industry experience; experience with service and installation programming preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience
    • Driving record that meets company’s insurance standards 

Preferred Qualifications

    • Post-secondary education in Business Management or related field
    • Evidence of continuing education in leadership and business management
    • Ability to accurately measure the dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors
    • Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques
    • Previous work experience recruiting independent contractors
    • High proficiency-level in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Expertise in CRMs; Salesforce or MS Dynamics experience a plus
    • Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environments
