Our Scheduling Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks related to our pre-installation processing function that are critical to the successful processing of our post sales transactions. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to nurture effective relationships with both internal and external customers. The role will be within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Core Role Responsibilities
- Primarily works on the phone calling/texting customers to schedule measure and service appointments
- Confirms measure appointments with customers
- Sends follow up to sales team and mails no contact letters when customers cannot be reached
- Determines best driving route for measure technicians
- Works closely with measure and service technicians and employees at the branch level to maintain a positive working relationship
- Acts as go-between for customers when they request information pertaining to their order
Basic Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of administrative or customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer-centric mindset
- Familiarity with working with maps/scheduling is a plus
- Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environment
