What You’ll Do:
- Lead, develop, and optimize all aspects of the measurement technician operations, including performance management, process improvements, and team communication.
- Manage technician capacity, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project demands.
- Foster a culture of safety, ensuring all measurement activities adhere to best practices and safety standards.
- Serve as the technical expert on-site, confidently addressing construction and measurement questions with the support of advanced technology.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by overseeing quality and accuracy, including managing NPS surveys and feedback.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned professional with 5-10+ years of experience in residential construction, specifically in window and door measurement and installation.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in a home improvement or construction environment.
- A problem-solver with strong technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot in the field.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

- Competitive compensation ranging between $95,000-$125,000 (compensation range includes base plus bonus)
