We are headquartered in Carmel, IN and are looking to expand our team by filling this key role within the organization. Our firm is currently looking for a Territory Coordinator. This position will play an integral role in the organizational strength of our company. The Territory Coordinator will provide administrative support, respond to calls and emails, facilitate each job from the time of sale through installation completion. Qualified candidates must have impeccable written communication skills, be detailed oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to follow a precise process and possess a strong ability to multi-task.
The tasks will include, but are not limited to, bookkeeping, responding to emails, collecting payments, and other tasks as required from time to time. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing, self-motivated, extremely organized, has high attention to detail and trustworthy. The Territory Coordinator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Submit timely reports as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent required, College degree in lieu of experience.
Previous experience in an office environment.
Attention to detail.
Time management and ability to exist and excel in a fast-paced environment.
1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must have some experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable or accounts receivable.
Ability to perform at a high level with acute attention to detail.
Able to work independently with little supervision after training
Strong data entry skills required
Project management experience with an administrative focus preferred
