Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from existing customers requesting service on their windows/doors.
Take good, detailed notes on what was discussed in the call.
Address customer concerns and work to resolve any issues they may be experiencing.
Manage and maintain the appointment schedules for our Service Technicians and Order Verification Specialists (Measure Technicians).
Work with the customers from beginning to end of their project in all aspects of the job.
Take incoming calls to schedule installations for our customers when the product is ready to be installed.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1-year experience in an office environment.
Must have customer service experience and solving customer issues.
Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Previous industry experience preferred, but not required.
Must be very comfortable on the phone and able to address customer's concerns in a polite, professional manner.
Maintaining a positive, energetic personality is a must.
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.
Must be punctual at all times; the department has a strict attendance policy in order to be able to best serve our customers.
Compensation: $35,000-$42,000 depending upon experience
Job Type: Full-time
