Schedule: Sunday- Thursday
5:00pm- 1:30am ( possibility of overtime)



Under close supervision, follows directions from Warehouse Manager(s) to provide a wide variety of administrative and customer service support to sales personnel and external business partners.

Essential Duties (Primary) include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    •  Process invoices and master pick for morning orders to ensure that the correct product is delivered and proper signatures are obtained.
    • Process inventory transactions within SAP, i.e. inputting customer returns in the system, stock transfers, and credits.
    • Coordinate and assist other staff members in the warehouse office to service sales staff and suppliers with will calls or any other requests while waiting to receive service at the warehouse.
    • Compile and maintain reports, records and documentation to reflect the warehouse activities.
    • Perform accuracy checking on outbound orders to ensure that the correct product is loaded for delivery
    • Perform cycle counts and ensure that product is organized and in correct quantities and locations.
    • Perform location checks throughout the warehouse to ensure that the correct product is in specific locations as listed in the SAP system.
    • Pull customer and salespersons orders using warehouse equipment
    • Examine driver's returns and delivery invoices.
    • Properly check and receive inbound shipments from common carriers
    • Answer phones, email and route calls as needed to assist sales personnel, drivers and customers with delivery concerns and special requests.
    • May need to pull sample bottles of wine for sales personnel doing will-calls as needed.
    • Route / Dispatch truck routes daily as directed.
    • Use routing software to perform daily routing and maintain software to improve router performance.
    • Coordinate drivers’ routes according to customer requests, DOT compliance and geographical and company policies.
    • Notify drivers and warehouse management of schedule changes and assignments.
    • Participate in software improvements/upgrades or rollouts
    • File paperwork and manifest/trip sheets as assigned.
    • Operates radio and other communications equipment.
    • Assigns large orders for pulling and scheduling for shipment.

Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment in a support / administrative capacity
    • Minimum 1 year routing experience
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, Drivers’ manifests and other documents generated between drivers and our customers.
    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, including e-mails
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with sales staff and customers
    • Ability to understand problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel and SAP Experience is preferred

$20.84 - $24 an hour
