WinnCompanies is looking for a Regional Operations Specialist to join our team to support our Washington DC Region. You will be assisting 40 properties. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to Regional Leadership and Property Management in their division.

Please note that this is a hybrid position that consists of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

    • Facilitate communication between the Regional Operations team, Property staff, clients, agencies, and Winn Corporate departments.
    • Support the Executive Vice President regional needs to ensure seamless operations.
    • Provide guidance/feedback on any questions or issues that may arise.
    • Work with the Regional team and properties to adhere and strive for the highest level of performance regarding the Winn Operating Standards.
    • Support the day-to-day operations of the region, including: ordering equipment, assisting with Dayforce issues, processing expense reimbursements, approving petty cash requests, committing weekly payables, submitting vendor invoices, arranging travel, scheduling trainings and regional meetings, organizing presentation materials, submitting performance review documentation, etc.
    • Coordinate WinnSTART/STOP Process through to completion, including: scheduling calls, submitting Management Agreements, creating or closing Bank Accounts, adding or terminating Properties, assist with Property Management Software Set Up/Go Live Tasks as needed
    • Coordinate employee onboarding, including: submitting systems access requests, assigning trainings, compiling New Hire paperwork, etc.
    • Perform other duties and assigned projects as needed.
    • Oversee the performing of Due Diligence for New Business, assemble teams, manage on site teams during audits, report and analyze audit findings, etc.
    • Maintain WinnBase and CRM Databases: resident hotline tracking, site audits, property addition / terminations and new business. Prepare management agreement requests, inspections, staff changes, etc.

Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • 3 -5 years of relevant work experience.
    • Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suites.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills. 
    • Prior experience with OneSite/RealPage.
    • Outstanding leadership skills.
    • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work, work to deadlines using sound judgement.
    • Ability to adapt successfully to changing situations and environments. 

Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Experience within the property management industry.
$28.85 - $31.25 an hour
