WinnCompanies is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Village at Somerset, a 100-unit affordable housing community located in Somerset, PA.

In this role, you will assist with daily administrative procedures and special projects.

Responsibilities

    • Provide office support, including: maintain files, order office supplies, handle incoming & outgoing mail, and overnight shipping.
    • Assist department operations, including: create department check requests, file paid invoices, prepare organizational charts and presentations, book meetings, and set up conference rooms.
    • Provide backup for receptionist and special projects as needed.

Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
    • Outstanding customer service skills.
    • Superb attention to detail.
    • Ability to exercise good judgment and apply initiative.
    • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in property management industry.
