WinnCompanies is looking for a dependable and driven Community Services Manager to join our military housing team at Fort Wainwright, AK.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing robust community services and resident events that ensure high-quality programming, education and enjoyment for residents. You will also work closely with the property management and marketing team.

Responsibilities

    • Plan, coordinate, promote, and facilitate the execution of community events.
    • Incorporate lifestyle enrichment concepts and guidelines into community programs. Cultivate partnerships with installation, military, and community organizations to provide additional programs and activities. Maintain community services budget.
    • Lead or assist the creation of resident communications. Draft newsletters, mass emails, and other resident-focused communications. Generate website and Facebook updates.
    • Support the development of resident education resources (survey, safety, sustainability, environmental, etc.).
    • Manage or support reputation management program in partnership with marketing team and serve as liaison to property management, maintenance and, leadership to resolve issues and draft appropriate review responses.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures. Attend trainings, workshops, and meetings. Attend special events on nights and/or weekends.

Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
    • Less than 1 year of supervisory experience.
    • A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
    • Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
    • Superb attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.
    • Ability to manage collaborative teams for large-scale projects.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Associate's degree.
