WinnCompanies is searching for an Accounting Rotational Trainee to join our team in our Lowell Regional Office.

In this role, you will learn and perform assigned duties under the direction of experienced personnel to gain a broad understanding of the property management industry and the knowledge and experience required for an accounting position.

This opportunity offers a typical work schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5pm. This is a hybrid role that consists of 2 days remote and 3 days in-office. The pay offered for this position is $25.00 per hour. The estimated start date for this role is last week of May/first week of June.

Responsibilities

    • Actively participate in three key rotations under the direction of experienced personnel, gaining firsthand experiences across different areas of the company and develop knowledge and skills. Utilize these skills to contribute to the success of the team.
    • Engage in three mini rotations, job-shadowing experienced personnel to gain a broader understanding of both corporate and accounting functions of property management. Utilize that broader understanding to make strategic decisions to assist the success of the different teams of your key rotations.
    • Support projects and programs as directed.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (including May 2024 expected graduates).
    • Ability to work well independently with guided support from the manager.
    • Positive and open-minded attitude.
    • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to work remotely and stay on task.
    • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with superior attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous internship/office experience.
$25 - $25 an hour
