WinnCompanies is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to effectively help manage, market, and maintain the excellence of Bravo Village, a beautiful Tax Credit / USDA community in Woodlake, CA.

In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.

Please note that the pay range for this position is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

    • Facilitate all aspects of the apartment leasing process, including administrative duties, rents and fees, maintenance of the wait list, notices and evictions, etc.
    • Process tenant recertifications. Monitor and produce property reports in Yardi.
    • Promote positive resident relations and respond to resident issues and complaints. 
    • Provide assistance and back-up to the Property Manager.

Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Minimum of 2 years of office, administrative, or sales experience.
    • Less than 1 year of supervisory experience.
    • Experience with various computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Superb attention to detail.
    • Willingness to learn and be trained.
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
    • Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.

Preferred Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of property management experience.
    • Experience with tax credit programs.
    • Experience with Yardi or RealPage property management software.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
$17 - $20 an hour
