WinnCompanies is searching for a Property Management and Leasing Intern to join our team at The Residences at Portwalk, a residential community located in Portsmouth, NH.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of property leasing and management. Under the guidance of our experienced management team, you will assist with various aspects of the leasing process, including tenant communication, property showings, co-work management, lease preparation, social media, and administrative tasks.
Please note that this is a temporary, part-time position, which is not eligible for Winn benefits and will work 25 to 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Assist the staff with tenant communications, property showings, co-work management, and lease preparation.
- Assist the staff with social media management and administrative tasks.
- Complete special projects.
- Provide support in other functional areas at the property.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in high school or college program.
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Interest in property management and leasing.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
- Willingness to learn new concepts and software.
