What You'll Do
- Lead technical onboarding for enterprise customers, from data warehouse connectivity to semantic layer configuration.
- Understand customer business goals and translate them into optimal WisdomAI setups.
- Write and tune SQL queries, adjust data models, and configure AI contexts to improve accuracy and performance.
- Troubleshoot integration challenges across cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, etc.).
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and shape future features.
- Produce technical best-practice guides, reusable configuration templates, and enablement resources.
What You'll Need
- Technical foundation — degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
- 3–6 years in a technical customer-facing role (solutions engineer, analytics engineer, data engineer, etc.).
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational data modeling.
- Experience with at least one major cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).
- Familiarity with the modern data stack (dbt, ETL tools, APIs) is a plus.
- Comfort with basic scripting (Python, Bash, Terraform) to support integrations and automation.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
