The Opportunity: WisdomAI is seeking an experienced and highly technical Senior Solutions Engineer (SE) to partner with our Enterprise Account Executives. In this critical role, you will be the technical anchor of the sales team, responsible for demonstrating the power of WisdomAI's platform to prospective enterprise customers, proving its value, and guiding them through successful evaluations. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong communication skills to articulate complex solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives to understand customer business challenges and technical requirements.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations, tailored to specific customer use cases and industries.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points and architect solutions leveraging WisdomAI's platform.
- Design, scope, and execute Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and pilots, guiding customers through successful evaluations and showcasing the measurable ROI of WisdomAI.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, providing expert guidance on integration, architecture, and best practices.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling value propositions for business audiences.
- Provide valuable feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer interactions and market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in business intelligence, cloud data warehousing, data infrastructure, and AI/ML technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role within the data, analytics, or enterprise software ecosystem.
- Deep technical proficiency and hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift) and ETL/ELT processes.
- Strong understanding of business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data visualization best practices.
- Proven ability to architect and articulate complex data solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading successful Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and technical evaluations with enterprise customers.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) and API integrations is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
