WisdomTree is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Digital Distribution Sales Specialist to join our dynamic European Sales team based in London or Munich. This role focuses on expanding WisdomTree’s presence across D2C/retail investment platforms across Europe, including execution-only brokers and robo-advisors, with the aim of driving scalable inflows, enhancing product accessibility and retail brand awareness.
The successful candidate will be part of the Digital Distribution sales team, report to the Director, Digital Distribution and work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders to deepen platform relationships, support commercial arrangements and execute on strategic distribution initiatives across the UK and Continental Europe.
Key Objectives
- Platform Development & Relationship Management: Proactively establish and maintain strong relationships with execution-only and robo-advisor platforms, supporting day-to-day queries, product onboarding, distribution agreements and client engagement.
- Growth-Oriented Execution: Identify and convert opportunities that drive flows and support the expansion of WisdomTree’s D2C footprint and product availability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Legal, Operations, and Marketing to align platform strategy with commercial outcomes and regional priorities.
- Operational Support: Manage the administrative and reporting requirements associated with platform relationships and internal sales tracking.
- Market Awareness: Stay abreast of the evolving and growing retail investment landscape and relevant regulatory considerations impacting retail platform distribution in Europe.

Key Responsibilities and Scope
- Proactively manage assigned digital distribution accounts and pursue new growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective onboarding and availability of WisdomTree ETFs and ETPs across retail platforms.
- Plan and attend regular client meetings and conferences, including international travel where appropriate.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop platform-focused campaigns, especially in non-trading channels.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client engagement and commercial developments.
- Track client activity, platform performance, and AUM trends using internal analytics tools and CRM systems.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in asset management sales, with at least 2 years in digital distribution or platform-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of ETF mechanics and the European retail investment ecosystem.
- Proven commercial acumen, with experience structuring or supporting strategic distribution agreements.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Team player with a proactive mindset and a client-first attitude.
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Fluency or working proficiency in English and German is required.
- Educated to degree level; IMC, CFA or similar qualification is a plus.
