WisdomTree is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Analyst to join our dynamic sales team. This role will be critical in assisting the Benelux and French Speaking Regions sales team focused on France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Monaco, and French-speaking Switzerland. Based in London, the successful candidate will provide vital support to our regional sales efforts, helping drive growth and strengthen client engagement.
 
Reporting to the Head of Benelux & French Speaking Regions, this individual will work closely with the regional sales team to build and manage a pipeline of client requests and prospects through proprietary databases, media monitoring, and referrals. They will act as the operational and analytical backbone of the team, ensuring high-quality service and execution in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of client information in the CRM system. 

Key Responsibilities and Scope

    • Support the regional sales team in all aspects of client engagement and business development.
    • Prepare and customise sales presentations, client reporting and follow-ups, and RFP responses in French and English.
    • Maintain and update the CRM system (Salesforce) with accurate client and prospect data, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
    • Help coordinate and track sales campaigns, client events, and roadshows.
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Product, Compliance, Research and Operations to support client requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Deal with inbound retail-based enquiries.
    • Monitor and report on regional client flows and AUM trends using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
    • Stay current on market trends, products, and competitive landscape to support client conversations.

Skills and Qualifications

    • Educated to degree level.
    • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential. Dutch is a plus.
    • IMC holder or candidate, or similar qualification (or willing to work towards one).
    • Proficient using Excel, wider Microsoft package and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
    • Experienced collecting market data via Bloomberg, Morningstar, LinkedIn, etc.
    • Strong analytical (financial and non-financial) as well as financial writing skills.
    • Strong communication skills with experience liaising with senior members.
    • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
    • Team player with a proactive mindset and a client-first attitude.
