WisdomTree is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Assets and Technology team.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Product team and help lead our Retail Financial Services arm of WisdomTree Prime. The ideal candidate will have battle-tested experience in the Financial Services/Fintech industry, with specific know-how of Card (Debit/Credit) and ACH mechanics and programs. You will work directly with our Head of Product Management and Head of Retail Financial Services on an ambitious and exciting roadmap, where you’ll play a pivotal role in taking ideas from inception to reality. You’ll also have an opportunity to support other initiatives across the organization, partner with the wider WisdomTree family, and directly own the success and future of WisdomTree Prime.

Success in this role would be achieved by:
- Generate, develop, and own product ideas and features such as Debit Card programs, ACH functionality, Financial Institution integrations, Account Types, Merchant Services and more.
- Work with leaders across WisdomTree to facilitate, gather and build detailed functional requirements.
- Partner with our experienced team to bring ideas and experiences to life.
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to make it all come together.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and data analysis to identify customer needs, pain points and potential market opportunities.
- Aggregate product data and build out intuitive, easy-to-consume analyses and reports.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide helpful insights to improve and grow the business.
- Track and report on the progress of features and product performance with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Help guide the QA process, creating product tests and owning acceptance criteria.
Experience and required skill set:
- Available to work EST Hours
- Occasional Travel to our NYC office
- 3+ years as a Product Manager or similar experience
- 3+ years in Financial Services/Fintech Industries
- 1+ years in Debit/Credit Card and ACH programs
- Working knowledge of financial compliance and risk management
- Action and solution-oriented
- Comfortable with uncertainty
$130,000 - $150,000 a year
The base salary range for this position is $130,000 – $150,000. In addition, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and competitive benefits package. Total compensation may vary based on factors such as location, role, company, department, experience and individual performance.
