What we are looking for: The marketing manager | demand generation is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that build and leverage our growing database. This key marketing role is the cornerstone of our demand-generation initiatives, creating and implementing campaigns that deliver high-quality leads and programs that bring along leads already in our database. Further, in working closely with both sales and marketing, the marketing manager | demand generation is also our resident database expert, ensuring that everyone is managing their contacts successfully and efficiently and that the database is constantly cleaned, improved and maintained.
-Plan and execute demand generation programs, including webinars, emails, nurture sequences, content syndication, etc. to meet lead/MQL targets
-Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive MQLs and sales pipeline.
-Create impactful nurture programs to convert leads to opportunities.
-Work closely with the sales team for efficient handoff of leads from marketing to sales and ensure alignment on sales/BDR focus.
-Manage trade show program details and execution.
-Closely monitor program performance and conversion rates and optimize campaigns at each stage.
-Analyze program performance to inform future plans and budget allocation.
-Partner with marketing team for assets necessary to execute successful campaigns.
-Manage programs budget within plan.
-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
-Minimum of 1-3 years of full-time marketing experience, ideally in demand-generation role managing demand-generation for enterprise-level targetsLead forecasting, reporting, and analysis
-Experience working with paid media and content syndication vendors
-Experience developing compelling messaging and voice across all digital channels
-Experience partnering with BDRs/SDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with prospects
-Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
