We are looking for an HRIS Senior Manager to join our team. The goal of the HRIS Senior Manager at Wisk is to lead a small but mighty team to ensure all HR data is accurate, easily accessible, and used to generate insights that drive HR and company decisions. You will be part of the People Operations team that drives all people programs and processes. In this role you will be directly responsible for the HRIS System strategy, implementation, maintenance, data integrity and more.

What you will do:

    • Lead a small team to ensure all HR data is accurate, easily accessible, and used to generate insights that drive HR and company decisions. 
    • HR Technology Strategy
    • Develop and maintain an HRIS strategy that aligns with department and organizational goals.
    • Continuously update and evaluate how we do things to match the size and stage of the company; partner with stakeholders to identify necessary HR technology needs and enhancements. 
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in making systems, and processes, more efficient and automated. 
    • HR Tools & Systems
    • Oversee the implementation of a new HRIS system – one that simplifies the number of systems we have today and supports our future growth
    • Oversee our HR tools and systems & identify and implement new technologies as needed. 
    • Develop and maintain policies, processes, and training for HR systems, ensuring compliance with IT and legal requirements. 
    • Provide tactical support and troubleshoot issues for HRIS users 
    • Data Analytics
    • Ensure data is accurate and easily accessible in dashboards
    • Set up regular data reporting to help HR and other functions make better decisions. 
    • Proactively analyze data and generate key insights.
    • Other
    • Partner with IT and Boeing teams to maintain the security and data integrity of HRIS systems

What you have done:

    • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field
    • 10+ years of experience working with data in HR or other field 
    • Proven ability to implement new large-scale systems
    • Proven ability to analyze data and generate insights
    • Experience in leadership/manager role
    • Experience with a broad set of HR processes 
    • Ability to work with uncertainty 
    • High level of discretion and ability to work with confidential information 
    • You are confident using the Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Accurately managed a budget for key responsibility areas

Desired:

    • Experience working in a startup environment
    • Ability to code / script a large plus

Pay Range the Company expects to pay: $168,039 - $197,693 per year - The starting base salary within this range for this role varies based on factors such as your geographical location, and your relevant job-related experience that is consistent with a business necessity.
