We are looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer to join our team. Wisk is in an exciting growth phase for which talent acquisition is a critical area of importance to support our teams. You will be responsible for driving high quality candidate pipelines to meet our company’s growth goals.  This is a 12 month contract position with the possibility for extension.  
This position will support a wide range of roles across the team, with a particular focus on technical positions.


    • Develop robust candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience
    • Work with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements of the position and scope of responsibilities
    • Collaborate with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies
    • Identify, engage, and manage candidates that align to our needs
    • Develop compelling messaging strategies to attract the ideal candidate
    • Track candidates in our ATS (Lever) and ensure a high level of information hygiene


    • 2+ years experience sourcing technical roles
    • Ability to quickly understand role requirements and distill these requirements into an effective sourcing strategy
    • Proven ability to drive a high quality candidate pipeline in a competitive hiring market
    • Comfort creating and executing boolean search strings
    • Organized, with a high attention to detail, and a focus on candidate experience
    • Flexibility to shift focus and work on a diverse scope of roles concurrently
