Team Overview:
The Technology organization works to influence WMG’s strategy and optimize day-to-day operations through data, insights, workflow, and machine learning, including generative AI. This position sits within the Technology organization, working closely with colleagues across WMG’s recorded music and songwriting/publishing businesses.

Job Overview
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) owns the planning and execution of programs, which span engineering, product management, business, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendors. TPMs work across these to ensure that WMG is building highly useful products with craft.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with engineering, product management, business, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendors to define program requirements, set priorities, and establish scope which includes defining the roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams that you are partnering with.
- Create presentations on status for senior management 
- Developing and owning communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders. Driving projects to completion, with clear, measurable impact to the business.
- Owning processes such as the annual and quarterly OKR planning process. Ensuring that all product teams are driving toward measurable goals. Identifying roadblocks and reporting status back to leadership.
- Managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly. 
- Proactively identifying and analyzing complex, long-term, critical infrastructure problems with engineering leaders and stakeholders. 
- Driving internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation.
- Providing regular reporting to WMG Tech leadership on the status of workstreams, capacity, roadblocks etc.
- Driving the team to stay on plan and within budget
- Tracking issues and aggressively working with the team to close issues


Requirements:
- You have strong undergraduate or Master’s- level training in Finance and in Computer Science related degrees. 
- You have 5+ years of experience working as a TPM in a challenging product development environment is a must. 
- Prior experience on a large ERP SAP Financial implementation
- 3rd Party Software Packaging Experience
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
- Ability to create presentations for senior management
- Strong written and verbal skills are a must to have
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and resolve them

$190,000 - $225,000 a year
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
