As a Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work on many different initiativeinitativescts at Warner Music. You will help build the roadmap and set the direction for your team while working closely with a number of technical partners and business stakeholders.

- End to end ownership of team deliverables and objectives
- Be hands-on in helping your team scale and build products, including coding and design work
- Setting technical vision and engineering best practices in collaboration with senior engineers within the team

- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders
About you:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field
- You’re a passionate engineering leader, with at least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams
- You're a hands on leader who can write code, conducts code reviews, and participates in setting engineering best practices
- You communicate effectively and have a proven track record of effective hiring and team building You thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments
- You’re an empathetic leader who builds strong teams
$277,000 - $360,000 a year
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
