As a Senior Estimator, you’ll lead preconstruction efforts on diverse commercial projects, ensuring every bid is accurate, strategic, and aligned with client goals. You’ll collaborate with clients, designers, and internal teams to create cost analyses, evaluate constructability, and guide projects from concept through preconstruction. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly influence Wolverine’s success and growth.

What You'll Do

    • Lead the preconstruction phase by preparing detailed cost estimates, analyses, and value-engineering options.
    • Partner with clients and design teams to align budgets, schedules, and project priorities.
    • Develop preconstruction schedules, site logistics, and scopes of work.
    • Manage subcontractor outreach, bid solicitation, and trade partner relationships.
    • Provide constructability insights, risk assessments, and innovative solutions that drive project success.

What You Bring

    • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
    • Strong plan reading skills and proficiency with digital estimating tools.
    • Knowledge of construction principles, trades, and sequencing.
    • Experience collaborating with clients, designers, and project teams.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred (industry experience considered in lieu of degree).
