We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join our Supply Tech Team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to innovate and enhance the experiences of our users, workers looking for the right job for them (we call them Wonoloers). You will play a pivotal role in driving the development of our mobile applications used by Wonoloers to find and manage their jobs and get paid. Additionally, you will own the strategy and vision for meeting our users' needs and increasing our market share. You will set a roadmap, work with stakeholders to gain buy-in, and establish priorities and timelines to achieve our strategic objectives.

What you'll do:

    • Develop and articulate a clear, ambitious and rigorous product vision, strategy and roadmaps, connecting user needs with business objectives. 
    • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, defining problems to solve, ideating solutions, prioritizing requirements, managing timelines and monitoring post release performance.  
    • Lead the product development process and drive product priorities by understanding your end user's needs through research and various types of experimentation, testing/prototyping.
    • You will have a pivotal role in our ability to scale by continuously finding better ways to connect our users with meaningful work and help them improve their financial wellbeing. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to gain cross team alignment 
    • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gather and interpret data, perform market research, and make data-driven decisions
    • Work closely and intensely with your team’s engineers, designer, researcher, and data analyst to leverage their different perspectives to build high impact products.
    • Spend time with users and build a deep understanding of their needs and behaviors.

Who you are:

    • 5+ years of experience in product management 
    • Experience building mobile apps
    • A  strategic thinker who connects the dots between user needs, business opportunities and technological capabilities. 
    • A resourceful and scrappy builder with solid 0 to 1 experience 
    • Proven experience to execute data-driven problem solving; ability to run detailed analysis and examine hypotheses(well versed with data)
    • Ability to turn complex or ambiguous problem statements into solid action plans
    • Ability to execute on tactical opportunities  while still carving out time to think strategically and lead higher-impact projects that drive greater business success
    • A superb communicator who can discuss technical details with engineering and product design, while concisely communicating your vision with leadership, customers, and business partners
    • You foster a collaborative environment based on trust, encouraging team members to provide ideas throughout the product development process.
    • You demonstrate a commitment towards advancing representation and inclusion in and outside the workplace

    • Experience managing B2C products at scale
    • Experience in HR tech or jobs marketplaces 
    • SQL skills
    • Experience with product instrumentation and analytics stack (tools like Segment, Amplitude, and Looker)

Pay Range:

    • The expected pay range for this position is $166,500 - 197,000/year. Please note that individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company's sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skill level, and years and depth of relevant experience. Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Wonolo’s equity plan as well as a range of health and wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
