Our Territory Sales Representative role is a unique opportunity to build something from an early stage as an industry disruptor. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new customers in the Dallas - Fort Worth market. We are looking for someone who is communicative, collaborative, and systems-driven. You must thrive in situations that require you to influence and navigate both internally and externally. We seek those that value personal development, coachability, and a willingness to succeed.
The Sales team at Wonolo is a collaborative group of entrepreneurial-minded Account Executives who has a consultative and customer-centric approach and are looking to reshape the gig economy and the way companies evaluate labor strategies.

What you'll do:
- Cultivate strategic relationships by meeting with prospective customers in-person to discuss staffing challenges, labor solutions, and the Wonolo offering.
- Define, analyze, and segment your market to build a territory plan for new customer acquisition as well as existing customer growth on an as-needed basis.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team on new leads, customer strategies & techniques, and deal navigation.
- Build an in-market network and channel opportunities for new demand generation e.g. job fairs, affiliate partnerships & groups, etc.
- Help inform our product roadmap based on customers’ expected solutions and requirements.
- Work closely with our marketplace teams to help build localized playbooks for both demand and supply growth.
- Balance opportunity pipeline, task management & daily activities from both the inside as well as out in the field.
Who you are:
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle sales/business development experience primarily concentrated in the field or in an outside sales environment with a prior track record of exceeding quota
- A self-starter that is able to design and implement their own processes and structures
- A highly competitive and out-of-the-box thinker who can thrive within ambiguity
- An excellent communicator and in-person presenter
- An advocate for the Wonolo vision and customer base
- Be willing to travel and be in-market anywhere from 50-75% of the time
- You demonstrate a substantial commitment to advancing representation and inclusion

Nice to haves:
- Prior experience in utilizing CRM tools, specifically SFDC
