Our Senior Account Executive role is a unique opportunity to build something from an early stage as an industry disruptor. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new Mid-Market customers in different markets across the United States. We are looking for someone who is communicative, collaborative, and systems-driven. You must thrive in situations that require you to influence and navigate both internally and externally. The Sales team at Wonolo is a collaborative group of entrepreneurial-minded Account Executives who has a consultative and customer-centric approach and are looking to re-shape the gig economy and the way companies evaluate labor strategies.

We welcome qualified candidates located in Chicago, Dallas-Forth Worth, Los Angeles, Phoenix, or Atlanta area.

What you'll do:

    • Apply a consultative sales process, identify opportunities, and communicate the value that our products deliver as the solution
    • Qualify leads and prospect deals using various sales automation systems
    • Actively participate in refining the sales process, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals to achieve targets
    • Deliver tailored phone/web presentations/demos with technical content and occasional in-person meetings
    • Educate prospects about trends in the industry and offer a unique insight
    • Present weekly updates/metrics to management on customer acquisition and market feedback

Who you are:

    • 5-7+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying, closing role
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining a pipeline of deals and hitting sales quotas
    • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence others over the phone
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work under minimal supervision
    • You demonstrate a substantial commitment to advancing representation and inclusion

Nice to haves:

    • Data and systems-driven with prior experience working with Salesforce and other sales automation tools such as Groove
    • Tech start-up experience and/or experience working remotely is a plus
    • Experience working in staffing or selling to retail/light industrial customers, a plus

Pay Range:

    • The expected pay range for this position is $182,500-230,000 OTE (base + commission). Please note that individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company's sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skill level, and years and depth of relevant experience. Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Wonolo’s equity plan as well as a range of health and wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
