What Will You Be Doing at Woodard & Curran?
You will assist safety personnel with the review and filing of safety documents, updates to Health & Safety Plans, and in field inspections. Experience and or coursework in Occupational Safety and Health or related field and/or experience with field inspections a plus!

What Will You Need to Succeed?

    • Perform/assist in field inspections and audits.
    • Evaluate hazard mitigation methods and ensure their use.
    • Provide direction on Federal, State, and local regulatory compliance (i.e., OSHA).
    • Conduct self in accordance with the safety professional’s code of conduct.
    • Participate in risk assessments.
    • Identify potential hazards and propose corrective measures to leadership.
    • Present safety meeting topics.
    • Ensure employees are adequately equipped to perform their task safely.
    • Assist office and safety personnel with a variety of office related tasks.
    • Other duties as may be assigned.
    • Valid driver’s license is required.
$17 - $19 an hour
Pay:
This position’s anticipated pay range is provided above; final exempt salary or non-exempt hourly pay will be dependent on experience level as well as considering a % based geographic differential based on where the final candidate will be working. Geographic differentials are used to recognize and reflect cost of labor differences between geographic markets.
 
Annual Incentive Bonus Opportunity:
Eligible positions may receive an annual cash bonus based on the role’s organizational level, and is represented as a percentage range of eligible earnings.

**Temporary employees are eligible to participate in Woodard & Curran’s 401(k) program, subject to the terms and conditions of the plan document. Woodard & Curran provides a discretionary 401(k) matching contribution each pay period an employee participates in the plan. Temporary employees are also eligible for ADA Leave and Military Leave under USERRA. Other benefits are not provided to temporary employees, unless required by city, state or federal law. If there is any discrepancy between this policy and the benefit plan documents, the discrepancy is unintentional, and rights will be determined in accordance with the plan documents.
