Let’s Work Bravely

Bravely is on a mission to make life at work better for everyone. We are democratizing access to professional coaching. Companies worldwide look to us to provide their employees across all levels access to on-demand confidential coaching for the moments that matter most at work. Through Bravely, employees have a trusted and skilled coach to support their well-being, career development, and performance and ultimately help them thrive in their workplaces.

We work with companies like Zillow, Pinterest, and Autodesk, who are deeply committed to equity and inclusion by ensuring that all of their employees have access to our highly-vetted, diverse, and brilliant professional coaches. When organizations offer Bravely, they scale the support provided by their People teams, managers and transform their workplaces. Our data-driven insights and passionate team are driving change for employees and in workplaces around the world.

About the Role

The first People Scientist at Bravely will join our Product team to drive the ‘how’ of our product vision and company mission. Your research and design will guide our ecosystem of offerings driven by coaching.  You’ll bring expertise on understanding employees’ experiences at work, their diverse needs and opportunities, and how Bravely can support them to make the most positive impact for employees. Working closely with the head of product and other leaders in our team, you’ll guide a sound strategy to connect the right solutions to employee needs across our tools and offerings as we iterate and grow them over time.

What you'll do

    • Drive the underlying framework for how we define success in our products: what brings employees to Bravely, how we support them, and what impact we provide
    • Collaborate with product and engineering team members to design new features and offerings for best impact
    • Build insight on how needs differ across employee populations, and advocate for inclusive and equitable solutions at every stage of design
    • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing the effectiveness of our offerings and opportunities to better meet employees where they are, in partnership with our data team
    • Contribute expertise in workplace and people science to help tell the story of how Bravely drives impact for employees and clients
