WorkOS is taking our go-to-market motions to ever greater heights, and we need all hands on deck. We’re building out our Revenue Operations function to help our teams move as quickly as possible. This is a true builder role across all operations disciplines, supporting inbound, outbound and expansion motions and laying the groundwork for further scale. You’ll be charged with helping the revenue organization think ahead, prioritize operational work and execute on high-impact initiatives according to what’s needed most.

What you'll do:

    • Drive our business systems stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, Segment, Hightouch, etc.) to help achieve our goals
    • Build the foundation of how we provide data and ensure data integrity for motions like outbound sales
    • Support key processes like sales compensation tracking, reporting and payout
    • Build dashboards that report on the state of our revenue organization and our key learnings from strategic efforts
    • Implement ways to streamline and accelerate the productivity of our go-to-market team

Who you are:

    • 2+ years professional experience, including exposure to revenue/go-to-market teams at a startup
    • Obsessive over the data: how it’s structured, how it moves around, how to keep it clean, what it means (and what it doesn’t)
    • Bonus points for previous experience in systems like Salesforce and Hubspot
    • An effective strategic partner to other go-to-market teams
    • Strong sense of what’s important to solve now versus later
    • Able to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
