Worldover is building the next generation AI powered operating system for chemical companies. We are combining the system of record and system of action into one platform; seamlessly integrating people and AI to revolutionise how companies in the chemical industry operate.

Our users are power users, using the platform many hours a day - the standard is super high, the complexity is high, the breadth of what we have to deliver is high; we are ambitious and looking for ambitious people to make this game changing product a reality!

This is a lofty goal; one that has a huge number of challenges. We are assembling an all-star team to make this vision a reality, backed by the world’s best VC funds and angels in London.

Role Brief

    • Thus far, sales have been founder led and this process has been successful. These are our first few sales hires and the idea is to initially maximise founder sales impact through adding pipeline support and then build a process on top of this where the SDR can then step into the first supplementary sales roles. 
    • The short term objective is to increase the number of booked calls with the CEO through outbound prospecting. 
    • The infrastructure is set up for you to go out and execute. You will use Salesfinity to dial through your call list and aim to book 7-10 meetings for the CEO per week. 
    • The mid term objective is to create a sales playbook from scratch that gives Worldover with the following:
    • A steady pipeline of ingredient providers and manufacturers with a replicable and scaleable outbound process. (Initially in the cosmetics space but soon expanding out of it).
    • A narrowly and succinctly defined ICP.
    • A clear demo protocol including scripts, Q&A’s, follow-ups etc. This will be multi-stage.
    • Clear implementation protocols to be developed in collaboration with customer success and engineering teams.

    • Initial Screening (30 mins)- Head of People & Talent
    • Sales Overview & Task (45 mins)- CEO
    • Onsite Final (1 hour)- CTO & CEO & Meeting the team
