About the role

We’re looking for a brilliant Senior Strategist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for leading strategy across all touchpoints of your projects -- identifying research opportunities & needs, crafting brand positionings, informing web designs, guiding verbal & visual identity development, and nurturing campaigns from brief to launch.

About you

You believe that creative output is inspired by creative input, and take an out-of-the-box approach to research. You develop methodologies that are equal parts scrappy and thorough. You dig beyond facts for true insights. You cull together these findings into decks and briefs that galvanize creatives into concepting.
You’re equal parts collaborative and independent. You own projects, brief teams, provide feedback and inspiration, and lead client presentations. You’re comfortable flexing between existing projects and new business pitches. You always think about the bigger picture, and identify ways to creatively and strategically grow our clients’ business.
You approach everything with a healthy dose of skepticism -- you never accept a brief as-is, and interrogate a problem from every angle. You’re not just a dreamer, you’re a doer. A thinker, as well as a creator. You believe that research is more than facts and numbers.

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
    • 5-8 years’ experience in account planning or brand strategy.
