On their first day of work, we explain to every employee that they come first. Not our clients. We mean it. And you’ll be focused on our team’s success. As People & Culture HR Coordinator you will work closely with the CEO, VP, and Operations Manager to recruit new team members, implement policies and anticipate the need for new ones, and build strong relationships with team members based on trust, empathy, and compassion. You’ll be the go-to person for all things company benefits, team activities, talent acquisition, on boarding and training.

If you think you might be a good fit for this role, you’ll need to come to the team with at least 2 years of previous experience working in HR, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field. You must be a people person with high emotional intelligence. It's crucial that you understand the specific laws and regulations related to employment in New York City. Bonus points for experience in recruiting.
