As a mission-based company our culture is extremely important to us. You will set the example for our company values of human connection, flexibility, empathy, equality and authenticity. Everyday will be an adventure and you'll be equally focused on creating moments of joy and bonding among our team, whether it's a team Soul Cycle class or a movie night.
If you think you might be a good fit for this role, you’ll need to come to the team with at least 2 years of previous experience working in HR, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field. You must be a people person with high emotional intelligence. It's crucial that you understand the specific laws and regulations related to employment in New York City.
