TEAM
Woven by Toyota is developing autonomous driving (AD) and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) for Toyota's mass-produced vehicles. The development of AD/ADAS systems is a large-scale project involving numerous related companies and spans multiple years. The mission of the JP Business Strategy Team is to facilitate the smooth progression of AD/ADAS development by managing budgets, adjusting resources, and planning long-term resource allocation. The team is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including the establishment of budget management systems, joint management schemes and contracts with related companies.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The field of AD/ADAS is constantly evolving due to changing market needs and competitive dynamics. You understand team directions and roles, work proactively under the support of your manager, and collaborate with stakeholders effectively. Additionally, our work involves communication with hundreds of engineers, so we are seeking individuals who are cheerful, sincere, customer-focused, and service-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES
・Maintaining and managing the workplace environment
   ・Planning future seating arrangements
   ・Implementing relocation plans
   ・Managing office automation equipment and other devices
   ・Communicating with the company-wide office management team to obtain administrative information and share it within the team
・Assistant team management (task allocation and workload adjustment)
・Creation and revision of work manuals
・Planning and operation of internal events
・Creation, review, and management of contracts
・Support for overall AD/ADAS development resources and budget management
・Visitor reception

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Ability to analyze the causes of issues that arise, consider countermeasures and priorities, and solve problems.
    • Ability to communicate with many related departments and coordinate tasks.
    • Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Spreadsheet.
    • Business-level communication skills in Japanese and English, both written and verbal.

NICE TO HAVES

    • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance
    • At least 3 years of practical experience in the automotive industry or related industries
    • Up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry and technical trends
    • Basic programming skills (e.g. GAS/Python/VBA)
