The Workplace Operations team offers the working environment and services that provide a concept of agile to meet our company's objectives; we strive to create a platform where our company and employees can grow and thrive together. To support the hybrid work approach in our company effectively, the Workplace Operations team takes an assessment between the office usages and the business requirements as a trusted professional advisor from a real estate and facilities perspective.

    • Candidate to lead a team responsible for light office cleaning consisting of people with disabilities
    • Can work with responsibility and has a proactive and ownership mindset

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Creation and management of work procedure manuals for team staffs (people with disabilities)
    • Creation of operation procedures to enable work (depending on type of disability)
    • Instructions regarding on-site work, improvement work, etc.
    • Maintaining and improving the work environment according to the disability of staff, and providing individual follow-up
    • Telephone support (in-house) and interpersonal negotiations
    • Engage in  light office cleaning work (wiping, etc.) as necessary
    • チームスタッフ(障がい者)の作業手順書の作成・管理
    • 作業ができるための補助ツールの作製(障がい種別による)
    • 現場作業に関する指示、改善等の業務
    • スタッフの障がいに応じた職場環境の維持・改善、個別のフォローアップ
    • 電話対応(社内対応)や対人折衝
    • 必要に応じ自らもオフィス内簡易清掃業務(拭き掃除等)に従事

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience working with people with disabilities (more than 3 years)
    • Basic computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office)
    • Is cooperative and can report, communicate, consult, and can do light physical work
    • 障がいをお持ちの方と一緒に仕事をした経験(3年以上)
    • 基本的なコンピュータスキル(Microsoft Officeなど)
    • 協調性があり、報告・連絡・相談、立ち作業が行える方

NICE TO HAVES

    • Basic skills of reading and writing in English
    • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office
    • Bachelor or Diploma degree
    • 英語の読み書きの基礎的なスキル
    • 中級レベルのコンピュータスキル(Microsoft Officeなど)および実務経験
    • 学士または専門学校卒
