This role reports to the Sub lead of Business of Logistics Team and the role is hybrid work.

We are looking for a manager who owns business planning of new logistic products utilizing delivery robots. The role also includes project management and account management.

It requires a wide range of business tasks to launch new products in a newly-built city, which includes some tasks not in your area of expertise. The work process can be unprepared in some cases. The ideal candidate is willing to own tasks not in their area of expertise, enjoy the changes of their role and the team, and create the missing process proactively.

本ポジションは、配送ロボットを活用した物流プロダクトの事業企画を中心に、プロジェクトマネジメント・顧客窓口なども担当します。

新たな街に新たなプロダクトを導入するには、ビジネス面で多岐に渡るアクションを実施することが必要となり、あなたの専門分野ではない仕事も含まれます。業務プロセスも十分に整備されていない場合もあります。このポジションでは、専門分野ではない仕事も厭わず、自身の役割やチームの変化を楽しみ、足りないプロセスを自ら作り出す人材が求められます。

・Responsibilities of the position vary according to the project and the phase. The representative responsibilities are as follows.

・Business planning: To plan and validate new logistics products utilizing delivery robots. To propose business requirements of the products to the tech team.

・Implementation to Woven City: Project management to implement the developed product into Woven City.

・External sales: Account management for BtoB customers, Design of business feasibility for projects, Project management from sales to delivery

・Project management: To lead business projects as a project manager while managing a few team members.

・事業企画: 配送ロボットを活用した物流プロダクトの企画および検証（特にユーザーニーズとの合致性）、技術チームへプロダクトのビジネス要件提示

・ウーブンシティへの導入: 開発プロダクトのウーブンシティへの導入のためのプロジェクトマネジメント、社内ゲート向けのドキュメント作成

・外販: BtoB顧客の窓口、案件ごとの収益設計、商談から納品までのプロジェクトマネジメント

・プロジェクトマネジメント: 少数のチームメンバーを管理し、ビジネスプロジェクトをプロジェクトマネージャーとして先導
