Fuji, we will conduct trials of new ideas for systems and services that expand mobility and unlock human potential. Here we will build the future fabric of life. And Woven Inventor garage supports inventors to build the future fabric of life.

We take this mission seriously and to achieve our goals, we take our team dynamics equally seriously. We are a design team in the huge product team which is Inventor Lab, Woven Inventor Garage. We work with the Woven City UX team that has responsibility for Design system like guidelines and fundamentals. We have a responsibility for the user facing products. It includes app for Woven City and web services for business customers.

We are looking for an UX/UI designer for digital touch points, web and mobile applications. You will focus on enhancing user experience through problem solving and close collaboration with Biz team and Engineer team. You will guide product improvements based on measurements and leading UI design teams and the whole product team by attractive design. We have many projects. We offer learning opportunities and a chance to grow your skills in UX/UI design in the production development.

You will report to the senior designer of Inventor Lab and the work style is hybrid (office and remote).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

・Usability Enhancement:

　　・Develop and implement user interfaces that enhance usability and user experience.

　　・Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to refine and redesign.

・Design Consistency:

　　・Ensure design consistency and coherence across all digital platforms and services.

　　・Uphold and enhance our branding through thoughtful and user-centric design.

・Growth and Leadership Development:

　　・Provide mentorship and support to junior design team members, facilitating their skill development.

　　・Take the lead on design projects, ensuring the success of the team through quality and timeline management.

・Stakeholder Management:

　　・Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and partners.

　　・Advocate for UX thinking and practices among engineering teams and help integrate them into the development process.

　　・Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the business, product and engineering team.
