TEAM
Our team mission to provide automated driving technology through data-driven development. We contribute software to reproduce and validate many complex traffic scenes that occur in daily driving, leading to increased development speed and quality of software. We use Agile development methods to develop simulations within our testing environment for automated driving software. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We analyze data collected from test vehicles and the market to build a digital twin environment for the development of autonomous driving systems and provide feedback for system planning. Therefore, we develop the aforementioned environment, automate and pipeline (including infrastructure development), and make improvements based on user feedback. We are looking for individuals with development experience as described above, who can communicate with end users, benchmark external technologies, and consider appropriate solutions. We expect candidates to have experience in the development and evaluation of AD/ADAS, including defining requirements, development, and user support for the necessary development environment, utilizing outsourcing as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Definition of requirements for AD/ADAS evaluation process/toolchain using test vehicles and simulation technology
- Construction of an automated evaluation platform (CI/CD)
- Design and construction of on-premises server and cloud infrastructure
- User support and operational management of the above tools
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience interacting with customers as an application engineer or developer
- Over 3 years of experience in design/evaluation and use of development tools, particularly related to AD/ADAS
- Over 3 years of implementation experience in one or more programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or JavaScript (React)
- Hands-on experience designing and developing cloud CI/CD environments (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Hands-on experience in quality assurance processes based on ADAS-related regulations and standards (functional safety, SOTIF, etc.)
- Communication skills focused on solving customer problems, fluent in written and spoken
NICE TO HAVES
- Familiarity with system architecture design and development processes
- Practical experience or collaboration experience with automotive OEMs or suppliers
- Work experience in the field of autonomous vehicle or robot development
- Experience in developing simulation tools
- Experience with data governance, privacy and security
