Our mission is to empower the mobility of people at a societal level by guiding them to discover and attain new digital skills through clever use of data, design, and technology.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Head of Growth & Customer Success to join our Product & Engineering group. You will help us create a B2B go-to-market strategy to grow Dojo by using the power and network of the Toyota Group and Woven By Toyota, within and beyond the automotive industry. Together with other experienced team members, you will help to create a smarter, happier, more creative workplace in Japan and beyond.

We want to bring on an experienced Growth leader who has helped early-stage B2B SaaS technology companies grow their business in Japan and APAC. Ideally, you already possess an in-depth understanding of competition and pricing strategy within the HRtech and Edtech spaces for large corporations.

This position will report to the Head of Product in Dojo. You will have the opportunity to influence our acquisition strategy, customer success programs, and product roadmap to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

The Head of Growth & Monetisation will lead and shape our Growth Mission, which includes our Onboarding & Growth and Customer Success squads.

We have a hybrid work style and our office is in Nihonbashi, Tokyo.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • You possess at least 8+ years of experience working within Series A-D SaaS industry (B2B/B2C), with at least 5+ years of experience driving initiatives that would support enterprise customer acquisition, retention, and monetization targets
    • You have demonstrated skills and experience in pricing optimisation and tiering strategies within the enterprise software space
    • You have an in-depth knowledge in the following industry segments within Japan and APAC: Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Manufacturing, Finance, or Public industry segments
    • You have a experience with market dynamics within Japan and have used your network to help your company(s) grow at a sustainable rate
    • You have led initiatives driving optimisations on SaaS pre-sales/sales and product funnels (e.g. AARRR) with customer success and product teams
    • You understand the difference between product-led and market-led growth strategies and have a track record in achieving revenue and customer growth targets from both
    • You are comfortable working collaboratively across businesses, engineers, and designers alike to deliver impactful outcomes

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

    • You have experience working with Product Marketing and Performance Marketing teams before and have a BI/Data background
    • You have experience working on one or more B2B software products that have a global audience and revenue above USD100M
    • You have worked within a culturally diverse environment before
