TEAM
Woven by Toyota develops automated driving (AD)/advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) for Toyota's mass production vehicles. The mission of the JP Business Strategy & Operations team is to manage the office to facilitate the development of AD/ADAS, and to perform a wide range of tasks such as forecast management and resource coordination.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
In the JP Business Strategy & Operations team, you will guide and direct a team of 10 operations assistants who are performing a wide range of tasks including office administrations, workplace operations, forecast management and business resource coordination for our AD/ADAS Japan business. You will also be working closely together with your team to handle these support and administrative tasks hands-on. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
・Managing the team of assistants within the AD/ADAS Business Strategy & Operations team (task allocation and workload adjustment)
・Maintaining and managing the workplace environment
   ・Planning future seating arrangements
   ・Implementing relocation plans
   ・Managing office automation equipment and other devices
   ・Communicating with the company-wide office management team to obtain administrative information and share it within the team
・Creation and revision of work manuals
・Planning and operation of internal events
・Creation, review, and management of contracts
・Support for overall AD/ADAS development resources and budget management
・Visitor reception
・Other administrative tasks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in facilities management, office services, administration or as an office manager 
    • Experience managing/leading a team
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deal with uncertain situations 
    • Experience in proactively tackling complex issues and identifying opportunities for improvement 
    • Problem solving skills and drive for improvement 
    • Native level Japanese and business level English language skills
    • Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Spreadsheet
    • Business-level communication skills in Japanese and English, both written and verbal

NICE TO HAVES

    • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance
    • At least 3 years of practical experience in the automotive industry or related industries
    • Up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry and technical trends
    • Basic programming skills (e.g., GAS/Python/VBA)
