TEAM
The Workplace Operations team offers the working environment and services that provide a concept of agile to meet our company's objectives; we strive to create a platform where our company and employees can grow and thrive together. To support the hybrid work approach in our company effectively, the Workplace Operations team takes an assessment between the office usages and the business requirements as a trusted professional advisor from a real estate and facilities perspective.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Accounting work using database management system (mainly equipment ordering and payment processing)
    • Data entry using spreadsheet software
    • Create documentation using Google Workplace (Google Docs, Google Slides etc)
    • Check inventory and replenish supplies
    • データベース管理システムを利用した会計業務(主に機器の発注、支払処理)
    • 表計算ソフトを使ったデータ入力
    • Google Workplace を使用してのドキュメントを作成 (Google ドキュメント、Googleスライドなど)
    • 備品の在庫確認・補充

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • To be eligible to apply for this position, you are required to have PWD (Person with disability) handbook from Japanese government
    • Fluent in Japanese language
    • 3 or more years of work experience
    • Basic computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office)
    • Solid communication skills
    • Experience working as part of a team

NICE TO HAVES:

    • Basic skills of reading and writing in English
    • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office
    • Experience with other databases and admin tools (ie Google Workspace etc)
    • Bachelor or Diploma degree
    • 英語の読み書きの基礎的なスキル
    • 中級レベルのMicrosoft Officeの実務経験
    • 他データベースや管理ツール(Google Workspaceなど)の使用経験
    • 学士または専門学校卒
