Enterprise Technology provides a modern, secure, and high performance IT infrastructure supporting Woven by Toyota and the broader Toyota Group. We use cutting-edge technologies to help engineering, operations, and corporate teams go faster, safer, and be more productive.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You thrive in collaborating, possess a track record of managing programs/projects or business operations functions in software and digital domains, and are committed to driving operational excellence.
You will collaborate closely with the Head of Business Operations, Enterprise Technology, to help strategize, manage, and execute business operations for Enterprise Technology.
This is a hybrid role and onsite three days per week. You will report to the Head of Business Operations, Enterprise Technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct yearly planning, performance tracking, and reporting, ensuring alignment with team goals.
- Create monthly performance evaluations, quarterly executive briefings, and ad-hoc reports to track business performance and drive accountability.
- Manage budgeting, actuals, purchasing, and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with Finance, Procurement, and other teams, providing transparent and robust financial management.
- Facilitate resource/hiring planning and tracking in collaboration with Finance and HR, as well as support key HR events such as goal setting, performance review, etc.
- Optimize processes, tools, and roles & responsibilities in day-to-day operations.
- Support the Head of Enterprise Technology, the Head of Business Operations, and senior leaders with key meeting preparation, stakeholder alignment, facilitation, and follow-up.
- Deliver special projects as required. Examples include process optimization, business case analysis, cross-team program management, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in strategy & management consulting roles, or in business strategy/planning, program management, or business operations within leading organizations or startups.
- Experience in driving business execution, process management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in stakeholder management, engaging and influencing people across functional areas and levels.
- Experience producing documentation, business cases, and presentations tailored to customers and cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and Japanese.
NICE TO HAVES
- Advanced business degree such as an MBA from a top University
- Knowledge of the technology industry landscape, particularly in enterprise IT, security, and SaaS products
