TEAM
You will join a platform security team consisting of senior and staff security engineers. Your responsibility will be to secure Woven and Toyota's platforms (Cloud, Developer Platform, Kubernetes), while delivering platform-wide security services.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (no security experience is required) with experience managing company-wide services, such as Cloud, Kubernetes, and development tools (Github, Artifactory, etc.).
We firmly believe that the best security professionals are former engineers. With us, you will continue to do engineering, but within a security context.
In this role you will work several days onsite per week in a hybrid function where you will report to an Engineering Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Secure Woven's and Toyota's platforms while providing platform-wide security services
- Design, deliver, and support security-focused solutions for AWS, GCP, Azure, and Kubernetes
- Implement and maintain security automations to scale efforts across developer tools like GitHub, Artifactory, and Jira
- Help build security into developers' paved roads
- Support platform-wide security tools such as Secret Management and WAF
- Have fun!
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of relevant engineering or development experience
- 2+ years of experience managing enterprise-wide AWS, GCP, Azure or Kubernetes
- Proficient in Python, Terraform and Bash/Powershell
- Business-level English language skills
NICE TO HAVES:
- Skilled in securing production systems
- Skilled in managing enterprise-wide developer tools like GitHub, Artifactory, and Jira
- Business-level Japanese language skills
